The Institute of Asian Studies at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (IAS @ UBD) recently held a joint seminar with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) on “Less Poverty, More Precarity: Squaring the Circle of Southeast Asian Development” by Professor Jonathan Rigg of the University of Bristol.

Professor Rigg visited UBD in September 2023 as an Eminent Visiting Professor by invitation of FASS.
