The Institute of Asian Studies at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (IAS @ UBD) is pleased to announce an open access initiative for its “Asia in Transition” books series, published by Springer.

With the generous support of UBD, IAS plans to publish 15 open-access volumes over the next five years.
