He discussed a paper on Economic and environmental impact of \u201cthe Belt and Road Initiative\u201d by Jianhong Lu, Zhengyan Liu, Peng Song, Xianqiang Mao.<\/p><p>Associate Professor Bruno Jetin was invited at the second ASEAN Economic Integration Forum (AEIF) held in Kuala Lumpur on 14-15 September 2016 and co-organised by the Institute of Malaysian and International Studies (IKMAS), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia together with St. Antony\u2019s College, University of Oxford and World Trade Institute (WTI), University of Bern, Switzerland. The objectives of the AEIF are two-folds i.e. to critically analyze the prospects and challenges of economic integration among ASEAN Member States and the region, and to discuss the socio-economic and political impacts of ASEAN\u2019s economic integration on its member states and the region, taking into account the ASEAN Community 2025 Blueprint: \u201cForging Ahead Together\u201d. Bruno Jetin made a presentation on \u201cPoverty, Inequality and Social Cohesion in ASEAN countries\u201d, an issue he has developed in the book coedited with Mia Mikic, chief of trade policy at UNESCAP, entitled \u201cASEAN Economic Policy: a Model for Asia-wide Integration\u201d recently published by Palgrave McMillan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
